Megan Driscoll is the founder and former CEO of PharmaLogics, one of the largest recruitment firms in the country, winning awards for its fast growth, culture, and commitment to social justice. In 2017, Megan sold her company to an incredible private equity partner, and named her successor as CEO in July of 2019. Creator of the Find What You Seek transformational program, she is now devoted entirely to speaking, coaching, and writing (except when she on the field or in the rink cheering on her 2, very active, children).
